Experts reveal how to properly treat hair loss and why it’s best to tackle it early

Coach and hair care expert Gina Conway explain to Alt Index what people can do to combat hair loss and what causes it.
Gina reveals that 20 percent of us can “lose up to 50 percent of our hair” after the age of 45, and hair loss can be caused by high levels of stress, medications, genetics, an unbalanced diet and the scalp. Five possible explanations for hair loss:
